Please be aware, our reseller bundles are sold as B2B transactions and therefore purchasing a bundle is your acceptance that you are acting as a business, whether that be a huge Ltd company or a sole trader on eBay or Depop consumer laws/regulations do not apply to these transactions.

All items sold by The Vintage Box Company are items of used clothing, these will show signs of their previous life, including wear and tear such as small holes, rips, stains and marks.

Unless, specifically stated otherwise/selected all our wholesale bundles are mixed size, this can range from XXS adults to 5XL.

HANDPICK

Please be aware, our handpick appointments are B2B transactions and therefore booking an appointment is your acceptance that you are acting as a business, whether that be a huge Ltd company or a sole trader on eBay or Depop.

As such, this is a business-to-business transaction and not a business-to-consumer one, therefore consumer law does not apply to any handpick transactions. 

During your appointment, you will have the chance to touch, inspect, verify and check your satisfaction with all the items. It is your responsibility during these appointments to check for holes, signs of wear or damage and ensure you are happy with the products you selected.

Handpicked items are hand selected by you/your representative and therefore all handpick sales are final. Handpicked items are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE.
