Welcome to the The Vintage Box Company terms and conditions, which apply to all items ordered from thevintageboxcompany.com. Please read through these as well as the Shipping & Returns page carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below as well as the details in the Shipping & Returns page.
We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to the terms that apply to that order.

OUR PRODUCTS –
The Vintage Box Company saves, revives and resells used/unwanted and worn clothes. All items have a past life and may show signs of wear. Every piece of clothing is one of a kind. Any slight imperfections/marks that are found are there to remind you that this garment is yours, and yours alone.
All of our garments are laundered, steamed, sanitised and prepared to ensure you receive the best possible product with the best possible experience. But please do not expect your item to arrive in an unworn state.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
All images of products shown on our mystery boxes are an example of the products we send out and you will not receive these exact items.
Please note: Products maybe dispatched in bag, boxes or any other suitable packaging. Just because the product title contains 'Box' doesn't mean the item will be shipped in a box.
If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We take all necessary measures to keep the details of your order and payment secure.
Prices are subject to change without notice. These changes will not affect orders that have already been despatched. Prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
Goods are subject to availability.

PRICES & OFFERS
Our prices for individual items are inflexible, any sales/discounts will be applied at our discretion.
We accept Google Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, VISA, American Express, Mastercard and Maestro.
We do not offer student discount at this time.
We may, from time to time, make exclusive offers using our site, email or social media marketing. These offers are subject to terms and conditions as defined here and within the marketing content.
We shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.
Unless specifically specified within the content, the following terms apply
- All offers are valid for 24 hours, after which time, the offer is no longer valid and cannot be redeemed.
- All offers are exclusively available to the email address/ account used for the correspondence.
- Buy 1 get 1 free offers include a free box chosen at random by our team, this can be any box we offer for sale on our site.
- Any free gifts received during a promotion are non-returnable, if returned these will not be resent.
- It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the free gift is in the basket and has a discount applied prior to purchasing. Any failure to ensure this may result in the free gift not be dispatched. Any retrospective honouring of any offers are at the teams discretion.
- Any offer/discount provided does not have a cash alternative.
- Unless otherwise specifically stated, 'Free Gift' offers will only be available/validated on FULL PRICE purchases. If the order contains ANY discounts, the order will be ineligible for a Free Gift.
- We retain the right to withdraw/modify any offer without prior notice at any time.
PRIVACY POLICY –
We take specific steps required by data privacy law to take appropriate care of your personal information, whether online or not. This is to protect it against theft or other loss, being corrupted so we cannot use it properly or at all and to stop people who should not be able to see or use it from doing so.
We will only keep your personal information for a limited period of time. This will depend on a number of factors, including:
- whether you have placed an order with us, or have a registered account with us;
- - any laws or regulations that we are required to follow;
- whether we are dealing with a current request, customer care issue or complaint;
- where there is a legal or other type of dispute involving or affecting you
- the type of information that we hold about you; and
- whether we are asked by you or a regulatory authority to keep your personal data for a valid reason.
Holiday Closures
Our offices and warehouse are shut over the Christmas period. This closure stems from December 21st 2024 - 1st January 2025 (inclusive), as such no customer service will be available and no returns can be received.
Consequently, the returns window will be extended for any purchases made after 6th December 2024. These orders will be eligible for return up to January 10th 2025. All other returns conditions still apply.
