SHIPPING –
UK Orders: FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS over £60 (Once Dispatched) (Excluding NI).
All UK orders are dispatched on a guaranteed next day service.
EU: FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over £65.00. Orders below £65 will incur a £14.99 charge.
Rest of the World: FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over £100.00. Orders below £100 will incur a £20.00 charge.
Rest of the world standard shipping is 1-5 business days depending on your country.
We aim to fulfil and dispatch all orders within 1-5 working days (Please Note: This may increase significantly during busy periods). No orders are dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays. Once your order is dispatched you will be issued with a tracking number to track your order.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect. We will not accept liability for any missing orders if the tracking for the parcel is showing the order as delivered.
All images of products shown on our mystery boxes are an example of the products we send out and you will not receive these exact items.
Please note: Products maybe dispatched in bag, boxes or any other suitable packaging. Just because the product title contains 'Box' doesn't mean the item will be shipped in a box.

Please do note, minimal fees and taxes maybe due at the border. Failure to settle these may result in return/seizure of the goods, additional costs may occur in relation to this. Any costs will be deducted from any refund issued in addition to an administration charge. Please do check any applicable import duties/taxes prior to ordering. We are not liable for any of these charges and can do nothing to influence/alter the value.
RETURNS -
If you are unhappy with the items you have received then please return your parcel and we will issue a one-time exchange free of charge! All items in the box must be returned. Any free gifts received during a promotion are non-returnable, if returned these will not be resent.

Returns postage costs are strictly at the cost of the customer.
Return Validity
For a return to be valid, we must receive your returned order back at our warehouse within 14 days of delivery for UK customers, or 21 days of delivery for International customers. All returns conditions must be met to be eligible for an exchange.
Items not received within the above timeframe will not be eligible for an exchange and may incur a charge for returning the goods to the sender. Please note, any postage costs will not be refunded.
Returns are at our teams discretion and all items will be inspected upon return. They must be unused and in the same condition as you received them, all our items are laundered before sale, any items not still in the same condition as when dispatched will be rejected.
Please send all returns via tracked mail as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items. The Vintage Box company does not take responsibility for a return until it has been delivered to our returns department.

RE-SELLER BOXES
These boxes are clearly marked on the product page, these are excluded from our usual returns policy and therefore are not eligible of a return of any kind. For full information see our Reseller T&C's.
* Customers returning goods from the EU will have the import VAT that was paid on their orders delivery deducted. If customers wish to reclaim this VAT, they will need to do of their own accordance.
